This second edition builds off of the first release of No-Nonsense Leadership. Since putting my first book into print I have grown in my professional position. The goal with this second edition is to share even more of my experiences with the reader. The chapters you may already be familiar with have more content and I have also added two new chapters on morale and followership. Just like the first release, the goal of this book is to provide leaders in the fire service at the small unit level the tools to create high performing cohesive teams. The leadership principles in this book transcends the fire service and can apply to anybody serving in a leadership position across many industries. Many of the problems we face in our organization come down to leadership problems. The principles discussed in this book are not mine. They have been around for ages. I simply show you what the practical application of these principles should look like. Its easy to talk about what leadership should look like. This book will show you how to put it into action dialy!
