Developed in partnership with the Institution of Fire Engineers. The validation committee included members from Australia, Israel, Canada and the US to provide a broad international scope on response practices. Information and wisdom presented was derived from sources across the globe, including Iraq, Israel, and Northern Ireland. Addresses attacks using conventional weapons as well as improvised explosive devices and weapons of mass destruction. An entire chapter is devoted to case histories and lessons learned from actual incidents.
